Maurizio Ottone

Maurizio Ottone, MBA, currently serves as the Head of the Global Support Team and leads the ITSSM transformation program at Intesa Sanpaolo, focusing on implementing a new cloud-based platform for IT Service Support Management. With a robust background in ICT management, Maurizio previously held positions as ICT Manager at MIP Politecnico di Milano, where expertise in corporate strategy and digital marketing was developed, and as Digital and Innovation Lead at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. Other roles include IT Manager at Reply, Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Sol-Tec, and Senior Developer and Software Architect at Reply, alongside initial experience as a Java Developer at TXT e-solutions. Educationally, Maurizio obtained an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and graduated with honors in Computer Science from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale.
