Natalia Joubrina is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Intesa Sanpaolo and as a Non Executive Director on the board of Compass Wellbeing CIC. Previously, Natalia held the role of Head of European NPLs & REOs Investments at Veld Capital and AnaCap Financial Partners, where responsibilities included overseeing credit opportunities. Prior experience also includes positions as Director of European Loan Portfolios at CarVal Investors and Board Member at Primestar, along with a background in structured finance at NatWest Markets and ABN AMRO. Natalia holds a Master's in Finance from London Business School and completed an executive program in real estate at Harvard University.
