Before their time at Intesa, Luca held leadership positions at CDVM - Club Dirigenti Vendite & Marketing, Italian Insurtech Association - IIA, ARCA Worldwide, CTS Group, CDM s.r.l., and Image Design s.n.c.

Luca Spina's education history includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Torino from 2001 to 2005. Luca then pursued a Master's Degree in Ecosystem Design from the same institution from 2005 to 2007.
