Carmen V.

Carmen V. is a seasoned consultant currently engaged with InTheArena since March 2024 and simultaneously manages a property rental operation at Finca Naranja since January 2015. Previously, Carmen V. served as a Project Leader and Internal Consultant at Total Design from December 2020 to March 2024, where responsibility included developing and implementing sustainability strategies as well as managing tender processes. Carmen V. also coordinated business development projects at B&S and has diverse experience in event management and hospitality, with roles such as Allround Event Professional and Guest Service Associate Trainee. Carmen V. holds a Master's degree in Policy, Communication, and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Hotel Management School Maastricht.
