Soumitra Chakraborty has been in the customer service industry since 2011. Soumitra started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Domino's in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Inox Leisure Limited as an Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined Sulekha.com as an Assistant Manager Customer Service. Currently, they are working at Inthree Access Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer experience since 2019.
Soumitra Chakraborty attended Christ Church College from 1995 to 2010, receiving their schooling in PCM. Soumitra also attended the same college from 1995 to 2007, receiving their high school degree.
