Irfanul Hakim

Irfanul Hakim has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Irfanul started their career at PT. XL Axiata Tbk as a Field Operation Engineer in 2007 and held various roles such as BSC/RAN Fault Engineer and NOC Fault MPLS Engineer. In 2013, they joined PT. Huawei Services as a CMU Implementation Engineer and later became an SLM Enterprise Senior Engineer. In 2015, they joined PT. TOWER BERSAMA as an IP RAN Senior Engineer. Currently, they are working at PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera, Tbk as the IP Planning & Capacity Design Dept. Head.

Irfanul Hakim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadband Multimedia from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a D3 degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Scrum Foundation Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, CCNA: Introduction to Networks from Cisco in July 2020, CCNA from Cisco in June 2020, JNCDA from Juniper Networks in June 2020, and three JNCIA certifications also from Juniper Networks in June 2020.
