Aris Wulandari M.Psi., Psikolog has extensive experience in human capital development and psychological assessment, currently serving as the Human Capital Development Assistant Manager at PT Intiland Development Tbk since September 2010. Prior roles include Psychologist-Assessor and Owner at Arina HR Consultant from 2009 to 2017, Consultant at CV Aristya Multi Company between 2013 and 2016, and Assessor-Psychologist at Quantum HRM Internasional from 2008 to 2011. Aris began the professional journey as a Management Representative at PT Mitra Saruta Indonesia in 2008 and completed a Management Trainee program in Human Resources at PT Salam Pasific Indonesia Lines in 2006-2007. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology and a professional degree from Surabaya University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
