Barbara Sawosz

Barbara Sawosz is an Operational Excellence Manager at intive, where they focus on optimizing processes and supporting project management through metrics analysis and integration of acquired companies. Previously, they held various roles at intive, including Senior IT Recruitment Specialist and Senior Operational Excellence Manager, and worked at Luxoft as a Senior IT Researcher. Barbara has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Uniwersytet Wrocławski and two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa and Polytechnic of Setubal, respectively.
