Edyta Gromadzka

Edyta Gromadzka is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at intive since July 2016, where responsibilities include aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, managing the employee lifecycle, and enhancing organizational capabilities. Edyta began as a Junior HR Business Partner and has also held the role of Office Assistant, providing comprehensive support for office functions and coordinating new employee onboarding. Edyta holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from Jagiellonian University.
