Jiljo Jiljo's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2016, they worked as an Application Support Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services until 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Ambassador at Dexterra. In 2020, they joined The Home Depot Canada as a Hardware Associate until 2021. Currently, since 2021, they are working as a Technical Support Engineer at Intiveo.

Jiljo Jiljo completed a post baccalaureate diploma in Data Analytics at Douglas College from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, which spanned from 2014 to 2016.
