Marc van Hoeck

Marc Van Hoeck is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Customer Success Manager and Head of Service Delivery at Intix since August 2019. In this role, Marc is instrumental in establishing a new Service Delivery department, emphasizing employee growth and wellbeing. Prior to Intix, Marc held various positions at Agfa from 2002 to 2019, including Manager of Development & Application Management, where Marc managed IT strategies and application services. Additional experience spans roles as a project manager and software engineer at companies like Xeikon and Agfa Gevaert, with foundational expertise in software engineering developed at LMS. Marc obtained an education from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, graduating in 1990.
