Emma Samarasinghe

Emma Samarasinghe has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Emma currently serves as a Director and Trustee at INTO Giving (since 2022) and The Southover Partnership (since 2021). Previously, they held executive positions at INTO University Partnerships, including Chief People Officer (since 2022) and VP HR (2016-2021). Emma also worked as an HR Director at Catalyst (2013-2016) and held various HR leadership roles at Kuoni Global Travel Services (2007-2012), Gap Inc. (2007), BHS (2007), Mothercare (1999-2006), HMV Media Group (1995-1999), and Redland Roof Tiles Ltd (1993-1995). Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and organizational transformation.

Emma Samarasinghe attended Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Girls from 1982 to 1989. Emma then studied Business Studies and Spanish at the University of Central England from 1989 to 1993, earning a B.A. (Hons) degree. In 1996-1997, Emma attended CIPD Middlesex University, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
