Julian Ware

Julian Ware currently serves as VP of Accounting & Shared Services at INTO University Partnerships since February 2025 and as Group Financial Controller at Cawood since October 2022. Previous positions include Head of Finance at ICG Enterprise Trust PLC from November 2021 to October 2022 and Associate Director of Accounting Policy & Reporting Strategy at Intermediate Capital Group PLC (ICG) from May 2021 to November 2021. Julian's extensive experience also includes a 12-year tenure at American Express, where roles encompassed Director of Mergers and Acquisitions Controller and various managerial positions in statutory and global commercial services. Earlier career stages include audit senior at Mazars and analyst roles in corporate finance at Grant Thornton UK LLP. Julian holds an FCA qualification from ICAEW and a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Brighton, obtained in 2006.
