Kirsty O'Donnell

Kirsty O'Donnell has held various finance-related roles throughout their career. Kirsty began their career as an Audit Senior at BDO Stoy Hayward from 1999 to 2003. Kirsty then worked as a Senior Finance Analyst at American Express from 2003 to 2005. O'Donnell joined Virgin Holidays in 2005 and held several roles such as Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant, Financial Controller, and Senior Finance Manager. Kirsty later became the Head of Finance Operations and Systems at Virgin Holidays from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, O'Donnell returned to Virgin Holidays as a Senior Finance Business Partner and then became the Head of Commercial Finance. Kirsty joined INTO University Partnerships in 2015 as a Risk Strategy Consultant and eventually became the VP, Commercial Finance (Corporate & Risk) in 2016.

Kirsty O'Donnell attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales until 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics, achieving a 2:1, from the University of Portsmouth between 1995 and 1998.
