Sean Gilmore

Sean Gilmore is currently the Executive Director for INTO USF. This role serves as the chief executive of the joint venture and is responsible for all operations and administrative functions, including fiscal oversight, student experience, and academic operations.

As part of the initial center startup team in 2010, Sean has led teams in operations, admissions & evaluation, student services & support as well as overall operation of the center. In 2014, he assisted with the startup of INTO Mason at George Mason University as interim Executive Director.

Sean has been with USF for over 20 years and brings experience in academic advising, policy management, student success & retention, and overall enrollment management to the center. With a background in Information Technology, his style is to break things down into simpler steps in order to understand an issue and find new solutions.
