Brooke Kingyens has extensive experience in the software and customer operations sectors, currently serving as Director of Software Enablement at Intouch Insight since May 2010, where responsibilities include establishing pricing models and overseeing sales training for software solutions. Previous roles at Intouch include Director of Customer Operations and Support, where implementation processes were designed and executed, and Manager of Client Services, who built a team dedicated to exceptional customer support. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Engineer at JDSU, achieving over $2M in annual sales, and providing consultation on network testing requirements. Brooke holds a B.Eng in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University, obtained in 2008.
