Michelle Strickland started their career as a Shift Lead at Banfield Pet Hospital before transitioning into the human resources field. Michelle has since gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at OrthoCincy, a Human Resource Administrator at Online Rewards, and a Senior Human Resources Strategist at Erigo Employer Solutions. Currently, Michelle holds the title of Human Resources Generalist at Intouch Insight, where Michelle focuses on North America. Michelle obtained their Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from St. Clair College.
