Megh Minz is a professional with extensive experience in data analysis, public relations, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at IntouchCX since March 2023, Megh focuses on resolving data discrepancies and monitoring data adherence to SLAs. Prior experience includes working as a Process Analyst at InspectHOA, utilizing Advanced Excel for data analysis and validation, and as a Public Relations Manager at Aakash Educational Services Limited, where Megh managed business intelligence reporting and public relations across multiple schools and partners. Additional roles include Project Intern at Tata Motors and Customer Service Manager at ICICI Lombard, where Megh contributed to customer satisfaction and led innovative surveying projects during the COVID-19 pandemic.
