Alfred Bonilla

Alfred Bonilla is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in the residential construction sector. Currently serving as the Construction Project Manager at InTown Homes since September 2015, Alfred has previously held key roles including Construction Manager for CitySide Homes, overseeing townhome projects in Midtown Houston, and serving as a Construction Manager for both Design Tech Custom Homes and Perry Homes, focusing on custom and single-family home builds. Prior to transitioning to construction management, Alfred gained entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/General Manager of Loggia Restaurant/Bar and Deco Concepts, along with a tenure as Construction Project Manager at Incredible Pizza Co. Alfred holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Master's degree in Sports Administration and Human Resource Management, both from the University of Houston.
