David Orr

David Orr has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. David most recently worked at Intoxalock as the Director of Information Security starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Infrastructure at the same company from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Intoxalock, David held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Ctuit Software from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they managed an IT organization and led various initiatives including infrastructure enhancement and data management. Earlier in their career, David worked at Pay Tel Communications, Inc. as the Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Services from 2007 to 2014. David was responsible for aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and leading a team of employees. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at DP Solutions, Inc./Help Desk Now, Inc., including VP of Technology, Director of Hosted Solutions & IT, and Hosted Applications Technology Manager from 2002 to 2007. David demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills in these roles, driving efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.

David Orr has completed coursework in the Computer Engineering Program at The University of Texas at El Paso. David has also completed coursework in Business Administration at Gilford Technical Community College. In addition, David Orr has obtained certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft in the year 1999.
