Ellen Hoy

Ellen Hoy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ellen began their career at Whirlpool Financial Corporation in 1993 as a Manager and then moved on to Greentree Financial in 1997, where they worked as an Area Manager. In 2007, they joined The Kellen Company as an Account Executive and went on to serve as an Associate Director for the International Flight Services Association within the company. During this time, they supervised all operations, handled budgeting and forecasting, executed marketing strategies, managed an executive board, represented the association at industry events, and organized a tradeshow. In 2014, Ellen joined Intradiem as a Senior Marketing Manager and subsequently took on the roles of Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

Ellen Hoy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from The University of Georgia, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Ellen has also obtained two certifications: "Giving and Receiving Feedback" and "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers," both from LinkedIn. Ellen obtained these certifications in June 2023.
