D. Jeremy Demar

D. Jeremy DeMar, M.A., CPE, ENP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Government Affairs at Intrado, focusing on policy advocacy for the 9-1-1 and emergency communications sectors. With extensive experience, DeMar has held various roles including Senior Product Manager for Public Safety Solutions, Committee Co-Chair for the Incident Related Imagery Working Group at NENA, and Subject Matter Expert for the NG911 Working Group at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. DeMar's leadership in public safety communications is further evidenced by service in various committees and councils within APCO International and previous positions such as Executive Director of Mountain Valley Emergency Communications and Director of Emergency Communications for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts. DeMar's educational background includes a Master’s in Strategic Security Studies and numerous certifications in public safety and emergency management.
