Deirdre P. Smith

Deirdre P. Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in paralegal and administrative roles, currently serving as a Senior Paralegal at Intrado since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing corporate governance filings and overseeing contract review and negotiation. Prior to this, Deirdre held various positions at Intrado, including Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Operations, and has a strong background in process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt with the State of Nebraska. Additional experience includes strategic support roles at the University of Nebraska Foundation and extensive human resources responsibilities within the State of Nebraska government. Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
