Mugdha Ruikar

Mugdha Ruikar has a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. Mugdha began their career in 2012 at Happiest Minds Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2015. After that, they joined Accenture in 2016 as a Senior Software Analyst and remained with the company until 2019. Mugdha then joined IntraEdge in 2019 as a Senior Software Engineer and later progressed to the role of Technical Lead in June 2022. Mugdha continues to work at IntraEdge, utilizing their expertise in software engineering and technical leadership.

Mugdha Ruikar began their education at R.K.L. Kanya Prashala in Karad from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained their Matriculation. Mugdha then attended Yashwantrao Chavan College of Science in Karad from 2004 to 2006, earning their High School degree with a focus on Science. Mugdha later pursued a degree in Computer Science at Sinhgad Academy of Engineering in Kondhwa, Pune, from 2006 to 2010, resulting in their Engineer's Degree. In 2011 to 2012, they furthered their education at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, C-DAC, Pune, completing a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing with a specialization in DAC.
