Currently, Ambikadoss works as a Program Manager at IntraEdge, where they manage multiple projects for American Express technologies. Sumugam is responsible for overseeing scope, timelines, and delivery, and collaborates with product owners and scrum teams in a scaled agile environment.

Prior to their current role, Ambikadoss served as a Senior Project Manager at Westernacher, focusing on implementing technology solutions in the supply chain logistics and ERP domains. Sumugam successfully implemented various projects in the SAP supply chain domain for clients across the United States, including new implementations, improvements to existing modules, and upgrades. Sumugam also managed the end-to-end delivery of SAP extended warehouse management and transportation management solutions.

Before joining Westernacher, Ambikadoss worked at Syntel as a Project Manager and Business Analyst from 2012 to 2017. Sumugam also had previous experience at Hexaware Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst, where they conducted workshops, gathered requirements, managed testing teams, and tracked project progress. Additionally, they provided domain support and assisted with the migration and support of complex asset types.

Ambikadoss began their career at The Clearing Corporation of India Limited as a Manager, followed by their role as Manager of Fixed Income at EFG Wealth Management India Pvt. Ltd. Sumugam started their professional journey as a Dealer of Fixed Income at Somayajulu & Company Limited.

Sumugam Ambikadoss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Madras, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a PGDBM in Finance from IFMR Chennai from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the certification of PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2021.
