Charles Molluzzo

Charles Molluzzo currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at IntraFi, a position held since May 2012. In this role, Charles supports various business phases, drafts and negotiates agreements, manages the intellectual property portfolio, and provides counsel on regulatory developments and employment issues. Prior to this, Charles was Assistant General Counsel at Bingham McCutchen from July 2008 to May 2012, representing broker-dealers and national banks in regulatory proceedings, particularly concerning subprime mortgage activities and auction rate securities. Earlier experience includes working as a Litigation Associate at Fried Frank from September 2006 to July 2008, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Charles earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and holds an A.B. in Government and Theology from Georgetown University.
