Janine Herman

Janine Herman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director EMEA at Intralox since April 2022. Previously, Janine held various HR leadership roles at Diageo from May 2016 to March 2022, including Market HR Director Northern Europe and HR Director for multiple regions across Europe. Prior to Diageo, Janine worked with Brandhouse Beverages (Pty) Ltd from August 2004 to April 2016, progressing through roles such as Head of HR: Commercial and HR Business Partner. Janine's career began at Diageo in 2001, where roles included HR Generalist for the Africa Regional Team. Janine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours degree from Stellenbosch University.
