Kaushal Shah

Kaushal Shah is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and projects within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Global Engineering Manager at Intralox since October 2015, Kaushal oversees a 60-person team responsible for equipment and integration, generating $375 million in annual revenue. Previous roles at Intralox include managing smaller engineering teams and developing systems for design and quality control. Additionally, Kaushal contributes to the MHI Young Professional Network as a board member and committee member. Earlier experience includes positions at Continental Tires and Ballard Power Systems, complemented by research roles during academic pursuits at Penn State University and the Indian Institute of Technology. Kaushal holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology.
