Manish Rathi

Manish Rathi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Manish is currently the Cofounder and CEO of IntrCity, a unified platform for train and bus inter-city travel in India. Manish has been with IntrCity since July 2011 and has successfully used deep-analytics to simplify train travel. Manish also takes pride in the standardized IntrCity SmartBus fleet, which provides a high-quality road-travel experience and is now serving 15 cities across India.

Before founding IntrCity, Manish worked at GlobalLogic from 2005 to 2011. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Delivery Head/Business Development, AVP for Consumer Services/New Venture Services. As a founding member of the Business Unit targeted towards new product ventures, they introduced the popular offering called "Version 1.0 Service," which helped start-ups and established companies convert their concepts into complete software products.

At GlobalLogic, Manish also served as the Director of Product Management for Velocity, where they conceptualized and led the development of a framework called Velocity Methodology & Platform. This methodology supported Distributed Agile Product Development, combining traditional software engineering processes with Agile practices and considering the roles and behaviors of team members. Manish was also the Director of Innovations & Technology Group (ITG), leading a team of 45 employees across six different focus groups to empower GlobalLogic's product delivery teams and enable distributed product development.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Manish worked as the Director of QA at July Systems from 2004 to 2005. Manish also owned their own consulting firm, Software Practices LLC, where they provided consulting services from July 2003 to February 2004. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior QA Lead at Leapstone Systems from 2001 to 2003.

Manish's work experience began at Telcordia Technologies, where they worked as a Research Scientist from 1997 to 2001. The details of their roles at Telcordia Technologies are not provided.

Manish Rathi completed their education in a chronological order. Manish first attended the University of Mumbai from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering. Simultaneously, from 1988 to 1992, they also attended VJTI, Bombay, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering. Afterward, they pursued higher studies at Western Michigan University from 1992 to 1997, obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science.
