Clarke Bjarnason

Clarke Bjarnason has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. They began their career as an Assistant Actuarial Analyst at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in 2010 and worked their way up to the position of Actuarial Analyst. In 2014, Clarke joined CSE Insurance Group as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and remained there until 2018 when they became an Actuarial Manager at Texas Mutual Insurance Company. In 2019, Clarke joined Armed Forces Insurance as a Senior Associate Actuary and later became a Fellow Actuary in 2021. In 2022, they moved to Hallmark Financial Services Inc. as the Senior Actuary - Head of Reserving. Currently, Clarke holds the position of Actuarial Director at Intrepid Direct Insurance since 2023.

Clarke Bjarnason has a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from Purdue University. Clarke also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from The University of Georgia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and as a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
