Janelle Larkin

Janelle Larkin, CPCU, currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Director of Operations at Intrepid Direct Insurance, a position held since July 2022, with responsibilities including managing business analysts and overseeing project/process management. Prior to this, Janelle worked at WR Berkley from September 2019 to July 2022 as AVP of Business Integration, where efforts focused on unifying IT departments and establishing processes for an IT startup group. Janelle's earlier experience includes leading a customer service team at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, managing business analysis teams at Berkley Technology Services, and serving as Claims Manager at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance, where project and team leadership skills were developed across various roles.
