The Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple accounts across all ecommerce platforms in Thailand. As the account’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and plans for your brands and take ownership of their stores like it is yours. You negotiate with account and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the account, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of ecommerce fundamentals and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your accounts successful.
You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.

Who we look for - the ideal profile:
University degree in any related fields
4+ years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment in English
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
Analytical skills to analyse data and make performance improvement suggestions
Project management experience
Good excel and powerpoint skills
