Process Engineer at Intrepid Potash

Chandler Ridler has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2009, they started their career as a Physical Therapist Technician at Dany's Physical Therapy, where they worked until 2012. Chandler then transitioned to the field of renewable energy, working as a Research Participant Intern at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they focused on researching algae conversion to biofuel under the mentorship of Dr. Lieve Laurens. In 2015, Chandler joined Halliburton as a Production Enhancement Engineer, where they underwent thorough training and gained experience in hydraulic fracturing equipment and fluid systems. Chandler worked for Halliburton until 2016, when they joined DuPont, Industrial Biosciences as a Process Engineer. Finally, in 2019, Chandler began working at Intrepid Potash as a Process Engineer.

Chandler Ridler attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. In 2015, they graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering.
