Elaine Charnov

Elaine Charnov is a seasoned professional in the exhibition and education sectors, currently serving as Sr. Vice President for Exhibitions, Education, and Programs at the Intrepid Museum. With a robust background, Elaine has held titles such as Senior Vice President of Exhibits, Education, and Public Programs, and VP of Exhibits, demonstrating extensive leadership in museum environments. Previously, Elaine served as Director of Education, Programs, and Exhibitions at the New York Public Library and as Director of Public Programs at the American Museum of Natural History, during which Elaine also acted as Artistic Director for the Margaret Mead Film Festival, focusing on global documentary works.
