Erica Voss

Erica Voss is an experienced data governance professional currently serving as the Data Governance Officer at Intrepid Travel since April 2025. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions including Data Governance Manager at FMG, and Head of Business Alignment & Delivery at WorkSafe New Zealand. Erica's extensive background includes leadership roles at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and the Ministry of Justice, where significant contributions to data insights and analytics were made. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at ACC New Zealand and Inland Revenue NZ, as well as customer-focused positions at Contact Energy and ANZ. Erica holds a Certified Data Management Professional designation and a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University.
