Katy Ann Mundo

Katy Ann Mundo has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently serving as a People Engagement Advocate at Intrepid USA Healthcare Services since September 2021. Previously, Katy worked at Snelling from August 2012 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the compliance program and providing strategic direction as Corporate Director of Human Resources. Katy has also held roles at Alcon Laboratories as a Human Resources Compliance Specialist and at RadioShack Corporation in various positions, culminating as Employee Relations Compliance Manager. Early career experience included serving as Group Human Resources Manager at TANDY Electronics Wire Group. Katy holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Almeda University and has completed additional coursework at Abilene Business School and Tarrant County College.
