Jennifer Irons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2017, they joined Got Irons in the Fire as the Chief Nerd, and also worked as a Business Consultant for 7-20-4 Cigars, Twins Smoke Shop, and WBN Real Estate.

In 2018, Jennifer joined Upwork, where they took on multiple roles, including Business Consultant, Project Manager, Social Media Marketing Specialist, and Executive Assistant. Jennifer remained with Upwork until 2022.

In 2020, Jennifer started working at Intrepy Healthcare Marketing as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to their master's degree, Jennifer earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership from Capella University, studying from 2016 to 2017. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management from Mount Washington College, which they completed between 2012 and 2013.
