Rutul Shah

Rutul Shah is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Precigen since 2018, Rutul previously held the position of Director, Program and Alliance Management at Intrexon Corporation from 2014 to 2017. Early career roles include Scientist II at Zyngenia, Inc. from 2010 to 2014, Sr. Research Associate at Teva Biopharmaceuticals USA from 2006 to 2010, and Research Associate at Human Genome Sciences from 2005 to 2006. Rutul Shah holds a Master's Degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Gujarat University.
