Kaitlynn Leary

Kaitlynn Leary has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and engineering field. Kaitlynn is currently a Manufacturing Program Manager at Intricon Corporation, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic from 2020 to 2023, holding various roles such as Manufacturing Engineer II and Operations Leadership Development Program positions in manufacturing, project engineering, and packaging engineering. Kaitlynn also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Medtronic in 2019 and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut Department of Chemistry from 2017 to 2018.

Kaitlynn Leary attended the University of Connecticut from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a major in Biomedical Engineering with a Biomaterials Concentration. Additionally, they took a minor in Materials Science and Engineering during their time at the university. In February 2023, Kaitlynn obtained a certification in Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning.
