Shashidhara Reddy S. is an experienced engineer with a strong background in continuous improvement and engineering roles within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Kenco Group since April 2023, Shashidhara previously worked at Amazon as a Design Engineer in Logistics from January 2021 to April 2023, and at General Motors from July 2018 to January 2021 as a Launch Industrial Engineer and Continuous Improvement Engineer, where significant productivity improvements and cost savings were achieved. Other experiences include roles at The Productivity Team and Michigan Tech Dining Services, where Shashidhara developed skills in quality engineering, lean supervision, and process optimization.
