Carly O'Brien

Carly O'Brien is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Division Lead at Intrigue since September 2016, Carly has focused on enhancing client profitability and engagement through the IMLeadership team. As an investor in Cox Creek Cellars Inc. since June 2002, Carly also has substantial experience in philanthropic connections from the role as Senior Development Manager at the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph, from August 2014 to September 2016. Prior experience includes running a leadership and organizational development practice from July 2007 to September 2016, helping individuals and organizations improve performance while enjoying their work. Carly holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (Co-op) degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
