Hayley Ritterhern

Hayley Ritterhern has diverse work experience in hardware engineering and robotic applications. Hayley currently holds the role of Tech Lead Manager in Hardware Engineering at Intrinsic since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vicarious AI from 2019 to 2022, where they served as the System Integration Engineering Manager, responsible for integrating new hardware with existing software and leading the System Integration team. Hayley also worked as a Hardware Application Engineer at Vicarious AI, where they designed and built new robotic applications.

Before joining Vicarious AI, Hayley worked at Precise Automation as an Application Engineer from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they developed collaborative robotic applications, provided technical support for robotic products, and conducted training for customers. Hayley also gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at KIWI.KI GmbH in 2015, where they updated hardware designs and created CAD designs for marketing purposes.

In 2014, Hayley worked as a CAD intern at cosinuss˚, a sports technology company. There, they integrated a speaker into the design, created customized earpieces, and translated the company's website to English for the global market. Additionally, in 2011, they had a brief role as a Lead Researcher at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Hayley Ritterhern obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, from the year 2012 to 2016. Hayley also holds a certification as a Certified Vision Professional from AIA - Advancing Vision + Imaging, which they obtained in November 2018.
