Raghav Khanna

Raghav Khanna has a diverse work experience in the fields of technical leadership, engineering management, and research. Raghav is currently working at Intrinsic as a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager starting in May 2022. Prior to this, Raghav held positions at Akasha Imaging, where they served as a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager responsible for calibration and 3D reconstruction, as well as a Staff Software Engineer involved in hiring and recruiting. Before that, they worked at Leica Geosystems part of Hexagon as an R&D Software Engineer from September 2019 to May 2021. Raghav also has experience in academia as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zürich, where they worked on robotic perception and inference techniques, and as a Doctoral Researcher in the Autonomous Systems Lab, focusing on sensor calibration, simultaneous localization and mapping, and machine learning. Raghav started their professional career as a Research Intern at Alstom Power in 2012.

Raghav Khanna's education history begins with their high school education at Springdales School in New Delhi, which they completed from 1993 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, attending from 2007 to 2011. Raghav then moved on to ETH Zürich, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energy from 2011 to 2013. Continuing their education, Raghav completed their doctoral studies at ETH Zürich from 2014 to 2019, earning a Doctor of Science degree in Robotics.
