Simulation Engineer at Intrinsic

Shameek Ganguly has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and software engineering. Shameek is currently working as a Simulation Engineer at Intrinsic, starting from October 2020. Prior to that, Shameek worked as a PhD Candidate at Stanford University from September 2015 to August 2021, where they conducted research on robotic manipulation and control in unstructured environments. Shameek also served as a Software Engineering Lead at Apple from July 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, Shameek worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University from January 2022 to March 2022, teaching an introductory course on robotics to a class of 95 students.

Shameek Ganguly has a strong educational background in engineering and robotics. Shameek completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2007 to 2011. Following this, Shameek pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, studying from 2011 to 2013. Shameek continued their academic journey at Stanford University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Robotics from 2015 to 2021.
