Vahe Taamazyan

Vahe Taamazyan is a Senior Research Scientist at Intrinsic, focusing on Computer Vision and Computational Imaging since July 2023. Prior to this role, Vahe served as a Tech Advisor at Akasha Imaging from August 2019 to July 2023 and as Managing Director at Sizolution from May 2015 to July 2023. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, where the final thesis "Polarized 3D: Synthesis of Polarization and Depth Cues for Enhanced 3D Sensing" won the Best Thesis Award. Vahe also gained valuable experience as a Visiting Researcher at MIT Media Lab Camera Culture Group and completed a summer internship at Intel Corporation. Additional academic credentials include degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, culminating in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics and Technology of Nanostructures.
