Melissa Zaikos

Melissa Zaikos has a diverse work experience. Melissa started their career in 2000 as a Sr. Associate at Diamondcluster. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Manager at Deloitte. In 2003, they joined Chicago Public Schools as the Chief of Elementary Schools for the Pershing Network, a role they held until 2012. During this time, they also served as a Broad Fellow at The Broad Foundation from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Melissa became the CEO of Intrinsic Schools, where they led the development of a new model that utilizes technology for personalized learning.

Melissa Zaikos started their education at Texas A&M University in 1990 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 1998 to 2000.
