Susan Ho

Susan Ho has extensive experience in operations and revenue leadership across various companies, currently serving as an Expert at Intro since June 2025. In their role as VP, Hotel Key Accounts & Product Operations at Hopper since May 2021, Susan oversees business development for over 100 hotel key accounts and supports product operations strategy. Prior roles at Hopper include managing a global lodging commercial team and building the Hopper Homes division. As the Founder and CEO of Journy, a trip planning app acquired by Hopper, Susan demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at DigitalOcean, Blue Apron, and LearnVest, along with leadership positions at Fab.com and The Boston Consulting Group, where Susan developed significant operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Wharton School and a high school diploma from Phillips Academy Andover.
