Don Hesh

Don Hesh has a diverse work experience in various roles within the digital marketing and finance industries. In 2019, they founded and served as the CEO of introducer.com.au, an upcoming online marketplace for business loans. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for Cashflow Finance Australia Pty Ltd from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on personalized debtor finance solutions and building relationships with clients. From 2016 to 2017, Don was a Digital Marketing Manager at SME Cash, a digital marketplace lender for Australian businesses. Don also gained experience as a Digital Marketing and Systems Manager at Cashflow Finance Australia Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2016, where they provided face-to-face personalized financial solutions. Don's previous roles include working as an SEO Consultant at DMM.com Group from 2014 to 2016, and as a Web and System Administrator for Rich Telecom Australia and Direct Mailing Services (pvt) Ltd. in earlier years. Don began their career as a Web Designer and Adwords Manager at Spectra World Pty Ltd in 2002.

Don Hesh completed a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from CQUniversity from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business from Western Sydney University from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Don has obtained several certifications, including the "Manage Factoring And Invoice Discounting Arrangements" certification from the Australian Institute of Credit Management in November 2012, the Cisco Certified Network Administrator certification from Cisco in May 2006, and both the Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications from Google in July 2015.
