Justin Picciano

Justin Picciano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and customer success across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales and Customer Success at Introhive since October 2022, Justin's previous roles include VP of Client Success and VP of Sales at Avaya from May 2018 to October 2022 and SVP of Customer Success at Olapic from November 2016 to April 2018. Justin has demonstrated a strong ability to stabilize revenue, lead integration efforts for acquisitions, and enhance client engagement. With a robust background in managing large-scale services and sales operations, Justin's earlier roles also include significant achievements at Avaya Government Solutions, Merrill Lynch, and AXA US. Justin holds a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
