Keith James

Keith James C.P.A., MBA, CGMA has extensive experience in the field of finance and accounting. Keith began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Controller at Chateau Resort & Conference Center (GF Management). In 2002, they moved to Synchronoss Technologies Inc. as Manager of Financial Reporting, where they were responsible for the development of quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements for the SEC Forms 10Q and 10K, financial forecasts, and yearly budgets. In 2009, they joined ConvaTec as Manager of Financial Reports, Americas Finance, and in 2013 they became Manager, Business Accounting and Forecasting at Brother International Corporation. In 2015, they were appointed Assistant Controller at Amerigen Pharmaceuticals, followed by a role as VP of Finance at Inspirion Delivery Sciences in 2017. In 2020, they joined Teligent, Inc. as Principal Accouting Officer & Corporate Controler, and in 2021 they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Intrommune Therapeutics.

Keith James has a diverse educational background. Keith obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northampton Community College between 1999 and 2003. Keith then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Strayer University between 2006 and 2008. In 2011, they completed their MBA in Operational Management from the University of Scranton. In 2010, they obtained their CPA certification from Delaware. In 2014, they obtained their CGMA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certifications from the AICPA.
